The problem

Your growth is linear because your go-to-market is manual.

Firms your size grow one way: hire another producer. Every new dollar costs what the last one did, and growth stalls the moment hiring stalls. That gets called a sales problem. It usually isn’t.

A filing cabinet with a login

The CRM stores what someone typed. It doesn’t find anything, notice anything, or tell anyone.

Records too thin to act on

So producers rebuild the same research by hand every time, and none of it gets written back.

Signals nobody watch

The events that precede a purchase are known to the business and monitored by no system.

No cost per opportunity

Nobody can answer what a deal costs to source without building a spreadsheet on a Friday.

Why now

Everyone is selling you a software company’s signal set.

Signal-based targeting isn’t experimental. But the list of signals every agency monitors was assembled for venture-backed software companies, then copy-pasted onto everybody else.

What every agency monitors

Funding rounds

Job postings

Leadership changes

Website visitors

Intent data

Tech-stack change

Genuinely predictive for a software company. Mostly noise for everyone else.

What your industry actually runs on

X-dates

Lease expirations

ADV amendments

Permit filings

Loan maturities

Partner moves

Carrier appointments

RFP cycles

13F changes

Ownership transfers

Public, structured, and almost entirely unwatched. Knowing they exist requires knowing the industry. That’s the work.

What we build

Four layers. Built in order.

An engine isn’t a tool you buy. It’s four layers built in sequence, because each is worthless without the one beneath it. Most firms bought pieces of layer three and wonder why nothing works.

01

Data

Your CRM restructured around how you actually sell. Then automated enrichment: several sources queried in sequence until an account record fills itself in, so nobody types firmographics, ownership or contacts by hand again. Then hygiene rules that keep it clean.

02

Signal

Nobody buys because you emailed on a Tuesday. They buy because something changed. We identify the changes that precede a purchase in your specific market, then monitor them automatically instead of hoping someone notices.

Public record monitoring

Regulatory filings

Leadership & advisor moves

03

Activation

A signal is worthless if it lands in a report nobody reads. Every trigger routes to a play: outreach built off the signal itself, AI research that drafts specific messages at volume, and routing that puts the account in the right producer’s hands in minutes.

Industries

Five industries. Five signal libraries.

We work with B2B companies that already have a sales team. Every engagement starts from the signal library for your industry, not a generic playbook with your logo on it.

Industry

What we monitor that nobody else does

Technology

B2B software and IT services with a real sales motion

The one industry where this is well served, so we take it where the standard playbook underperforms: vertical software selling into the four industries above, MSPs, and industrial or infrastructure tech.

Real estate

CRE brokerage, property management, development, proptech

Almost everything that precedes a transaction is a matter of public record, and almost nobody has wired the public record to their CRM.

Lease expirations

Permit filings

Ownership transfers

Zoning & entitlement

Loan maturities

Finance

RIAs, wealth management, lending, PE and IB advisory

The most reliable buying signals in finance are regulatory filings that publish on a schedule. Free, structured, and largely unwatched.

ADV amendments

13F changes

AUM thresholds

Advisor moves

Liquidity events

Debt maturities

Professional services

Accounting, legal, consulting, engineering & AE, staffing

Partner-led business development with nothing underneath it. The relationship graph your firm already has is the highest-yield asset nobody has queried.

Partner & principal moves

RFP cycles

Audit & fiscal calendars

Alumni networks

Award cycles

Compliance deadlines

Insurance

Commercial P&C, benefits, specialty lines, MGAs

Renewal timing is the highest-value signal in the industry, and your AMS knows every X-date in the book while telling no other system about any of them.

Engagements

Three ways to work with us.

Point Solutions, Integrated Systems, Strategic Partner. Each tier contains the one before it, and every scope is quoted from what we find, never from a package tier.

Point Solutions

Integrated Systems

Full build · handover included

The same builds, wired to each other. One data spine, one signal library, plays that hand off instead of running in isolation.

A single data spine every build reads from and writes to

How we work

Four commitments, in writing.

Tool-agnostic.

Most firms in this category are certified on one platform and recommend it to everyone. We’ll recommend it when it’s right and something cheaper when it isn’t. You own the licenses either way.

Fixed scope. Fixed timeline.

Scope is set before anything is built. The timeline runs from the day we have access to your systems, and changes go through a written change order, never a surprise invoice.

We build it. You own it.

Everything ships into your accounts, under your logins, documented, with your team trained on it. The engine is yours whether you keep working with us or not. Nothing is held in an agency’s workspace.

Small on purpose.

The person who scopes your build is the person who builds it. No account manager layer, no junior learning on your account, no offshore delivery pod. The leverage comes from the tooling, not the org chart.

Jacob Kozanecki, founder of Gamma Growth Partners

“You’re not hiring a firm. You’re hiring the person who will build the thing, and I’d rather you know that up front.”

Jacob Kozanecki, founder. Gamma is deliberately one senior operator with a lot of leverage rather than a bench of juniors.

Questions

Reasonable objections.

What actually is GTM engineering?

Building the systems underneath sales and marketing rather than running campaigns on top of them. A marketing agency runs your outreach. We build the data, automation and AI infrastructure that decides who your outreach goes to, when, and with what in it. The campaigns are downstream of the machine.

We already have a CRM. Isn't this what we bought it for?

A CRM stores what your team enters. It doesn't find accounts, fill them in, notice when something changes, decide who to route it to, or write anything. That's four other systems, and connecting them is most of what we do. Your CRM is one layer of four, usually the one that's been paid for and half-configured.

How is this different from hiring someone?

Published salary data for a go-to-market engineer runs from roughly $100K to $180K base depending on source and market, before benefits and before the months it takes to find one. The role is new enough that it's genuinely hard to evaluate a candidate for it. A build produces an asset you keep, running in weeks rather than after a search. If you do eventually hire, they inherit a working system instead of a blank slate.

What does it cost?

It depends entirely on what we find, so quoting a number here would be guessing. What we can tell you: The Solution is a fixed fee, The (Re)Build is a fixed fee quoted from that roadmap rather than an hourly meter, and The Partner is a monthly fee with no annual lock. You'll have a real number before anything is built.

What if we stop working with you?

The engine keeps running. It's in your accounts, under your logins, documented, and your team has been trained on it. That's the point of the ownership commitment. You should be able to leave.

Do you do cold email?

Yes, as one output of the system, never as the product. Cold email built on a purchased list is why most firms think outbound doesn't work. Cold email built on a real signal, to an account you've verified is in market, carrying research a person would have spent an hour on, is a different activity that happens to use the same channel.

Will this work with our AMS or practice management system?

Usually, and it's the first thing we check. Applied Epic, AMS360, EZLynx and HawkSoft in insurance; Yardi, MRI and AppFolio in real estate; Orion, Redtail and Addepar in wealth. They vary enormously in how open they are, and several require vendor approval before anything can connect. Confirming what your systems will and won't allow happens in The Solution, before anyone quotes a build.

Do you work with software companies?

Selectively. B2B software and IT services with a real sales motion, yes, especially vertical software selling into insurance, real estate, finance or professional services, where we already know the buyer's world. Pure self-serve products with no sales team, no. That's a growth engineering problem, it's well served by dozens of agencies, and we'd be the fortieth option rather than the first.

Get started

Find gamma.

Gamma is the second derivative, the rate of change of the rate of change. It’s what separates a business that grows by adding people from one that grows because the system underneath it compounds.

Tell us what’s happening and we’ll tell you whether there’s an engineering problem worth solving. If there isn’t, we’ll say so.

Goes straight to Jacob. If we’re not a fit you’ll get a straight answer, and usually a referral to someone who is.
